REGIS (Research Group in International Security) is pleased to organize a conference called ‘Weak States and South Asia’s Insecurity Predicament’. Various North American and Asian Scholars will take part in this conference under the direction of Professor T.V. Paul, member of REGIS. The event will be held on October 3-4, 2008 at McGill University, Montreal, Canada.
